When a software development company had a five-year license agreement with a party that did not meet their ethical standards, they decided to go to court alongside GK Law. They were able to successfully argue that the agreement should be terminated without any damage to their part. The court ordered that they were free to license to any other party who they believed was more suitable as a licensee for their software.
