Rachel's academic journey led her to the University of North Texas before her relocation to Toronto, ON. Upon returning to Texas, she embraced the role of a visual manager at Dillard's, actively engaging with the local community. Her managerial acumen also found expression during her time at Tommy Bahama, contributing to the brand's recognition as "America's Best in Customer Service" by Newsweek.
During her free time, Rachel plays the guitar, practices yoga, and enjoys spending time with her pets.
